Ingredients

  • 1⁄4 cup raw tahini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 medium medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1⁄2 cup water
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon Celtic Sea salt

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour over your favourite salad greens, roast vegetables or mix through pasta.
