1. delivery day
We offer a Home Delivery service on Tuesdays for all products (including frozen/refrigerated items) locally to the Mackay Area to the following suburbs:
- Central, North, South, East, West (Mackay Area)
- Northern Beaches
- Slade Point
- Glenella
- Farleigh
- Walkerston
- Bakers Creek
2. Frozen & refrigerated Items
For all frozen and refrigerated items, please ensure you add your best contact number when checking out, as we need to ensure you are home for delivery.
Please Note: You are responsible for ensuring the goods are promptly frozen and refrigerated once your order is delivered.
We are at no time responsible for any spoilage following delivery including but not limited to any illness arising from consumption of any goods that are not stored in accordance with our directions.
3. order Cut-off Time
Orders need to be placed no later than 10 am AEST on Mondays (the day prior to delivery).
4. delivery Fee
- $10 – Under $100
- Free – Over $100
5. payment
Payment must be received prior to delivery.
An invoice will be issued once the order has been packed and processed.
6. Delivery Time
Your order will be delivered after 12 pm on Tuesday.
Prior to delivery, we will contact the mobile number provided to inform you of your approximate delivery time.
Please Note: Orders will not be left at an unattended place of residence.
