• Supplying of the goods or services to you again
• Replacement of the goods
• Payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again

Supplements, Vitamins and Food

You are reliant on the representations and warranties made by the manufacturer and the safe handling, labelling and preparation of that ingredient and the source. If you or your family members have any sensitivities or allergies to any listed ingredients, you should not consume or prepare these products. Should you or anyone consuming our products develop any symptoms or allergic reactions, discontinue use immediately and contact your medical professional.

Product Life, Use and Storage

All our goods are labelled with a best-before date for consumables (‘Label’) and instructions for consumption.

Please refer to the instructions on the Label, as these instructions take precedence over all other terms.

Frozen and Temperature/Heat Sensitive Foods

Frozen products should be stored in a freezer immediately upon delivery and chilled products should be stored in a refrigerator upon receipt. 

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to keep goods at the temperature always specified on each of the item’s labels.

You further acknowledge that all goods must be cooked or reheated in accordance with the Label instructions on the goods.

Reliance on General Health Content

We provide information and our products (‘Content’) on our website for your use and we hope you find this information helpful. Still, please be aware that any information, recommendations or comments may not be suitable for your particular circumstances and you should not take anything in our Content as personal advice. Cleaning Products

Our organic and natural cleaning products offer a safe and natural method to clean your home, clothes and other household items. Whilst they are made from natural products, they are not to be consumed, are not ingestible and should always be kept out of range and reach of children. In case of any accidental ingestion, seek immediate medical attention.

Our cleaning products should only be used in accordance with the instructions and discontinue all use if any adverse reactions occur.

At Organics 4 Health, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to maximise the services that we provide to you. You may change your details at any time by advising us in writing via email. All information we receive from our customers is protected by our secure servers.  Our secure server software encrypts all customer information before sending it to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is secured against unauthorised use or access. Credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.

Organics 4 Health does not and will not sell or deal in personal or customer information. We may, however, use it in a general sense without any reference to your name or your information to create marketing statistics, identify user demands and assist in meeting customer needs generally. In addition, we may use the information that you provide to improve its website and its services but not for any other use.

Such a clause, if legal and enforceable in any other State or Territory, shall continue to be fully enforceable and part of this agreement in those other States and Territories. The deemed exclusion of any term pursuant to this paragraph shall not affect or modify the full enforceability and construction of the other clauses of these terms and conditions.

13. Jurisdiction

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of Queensland and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and Organics 4 Health that results in litigation, then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
