1. Change of Mind / Exchange / Refunds
Organics 4 Health handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
If you change your mind; please email admin@oganics4health.com.au within 48 hours of receipt of delivery for return instructions.
All items eligible for return must be in the same condition it was delivered; unopened, unused and in original packaging.
You are responsible for payment of all shipping costs for any exchange and responsible for ensuring we receive the goods to our nominated return address.
Refunds will be processed promptly, and we will process the refund in the same manner as original payment.
All refunds are made at the discretion of Organics 4 Health.
Please Note: We will ONLY provide a refund for goods which are non-perishable and are returned in original packaging and unopened.
2. Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect Items
Where you have received goods that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us at admin@organics4health.com.au within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
The following information is required for any refund or exchange to be processed:
- Order number
- First and last name on the Order
- Date of Purchase
- Date of delivery receipt
- Detailed description reason for return
- Photo evidence.
We will attempt to resolve the issue with you and either provide a refund or replacement.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will either process a refund in the same manner as original payment OR a replacement will be shipped to your FOC (Free of Charge).
3. Allergic Reaction
We cannot accept returns or process a refund on products that you use and are allergic or sensitive to.
All products on our website have a list of ingredients.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the ingredients are checked carefully before you make a purchase.
4. Chocolate / Yogurt Coating
We DO NOT offer any return or refunds for perishable goods which include items that are heat sensitive such as chocolate, yoghurt coated products or otherwise require thermoregulated packaging.
We cannot guarantee these products to arrive in perfect condition during the warm months.
Choosing Express Postage may reduce the transit time and possibly prevent spoilage during the warm conditions.
5. Return Instructions
