Amisa Organic Falafel Mix is a spicy Middle Eastern style gluten free falafel mix made with organic ingredients that are high in fibre and a good source of protein.

Directions for Use

• Mix contents with 200ml of boiling water, stir and leave for 15 minutes.
• Shape falafels to approximately 3-4cms diameter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
