Serving Suggestions
Clay Drink:
- Add 5g (1 heaped teaspoon) to a glass of water, juice or smoothie
Premixed Clay Drink:
- Mix 1 part clay to 10 parts water. eg.100g of clay to 1 litre of water
- 1 serve = 50 ml (5g clay)
- Shake well before use
- Dilute with water or juice as preferred
Useful Tip
- Add the clay to the water NOT the water to the clay
Body Care Directions for Use
Face Mask / Body Wrap
- Mix 1 part clay to 2 parts water (e.g.) 50g Clay to 100ml water
- Apply a thin layer to the skin for 5-15 minutes
Bath / Foot Bath
- ½ to 2 cups
- Duration – 20 to 40 minutes
