Girolomoni Organic Whole Durum Wheat Semolina Penne is fibre rich pasta using only durum wheat grown in Italy using strictly organic methods.

This pasta is dried slowly (7–12 hours according to the formats) at a temperature of 60-65° to preserve as much of the nutritional value of the kernel as possible in the pasta too.

Directions for Use

1. Bring water (1litre to 100g pasta) to boil in a saucepan.
2. Add pasta and stir as required.
