Suggested Uses

• Oral Use – Use to support healthy digestion, relieve digestive discomfort, indigestion, to relieve constipation, relieve menstruation pain and promote menstrual flow.
• External Use – Cleanse minor skin cuts, scratches, and abrasions to support wound healing.
• Gargle – To relieve sore throat and toothache.

Directions for Use

• Oral Use: Adults – Add 20 mL to 100 mL of water/juice/herb tea 30 minutes before meals three times daily.
• External Use: Adults- Soak onto a piece of gauze and apply to the affected area for 2-12 hours, covering with a bandage.
• Gargle: Adults- Add 20 mL to 100 mL of lukewarm water, swish the solution in the mouth, gargle, and swallow twice daily.

• Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
• Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.
• Drink plenty of water to keep hydrated.
