Morrocco Method Amla Powder 56g

Description

Amla is a tan powder made from the dried Indian gooseberry fruit, Emblica officinalis.

It can be added to Morrocco Method Henna hair dyes for a variety of effects:

• Boost your Henna hair colour
• Prevent Indigo from fading
• Enhance dye uptake for problematic roots
• Prevent loosening of curls/waves from henna use
• Adds body & shine to hair

How to Use

Amla Powder is added directly to the henna mixture, NEVER to the Indigo as it will inhibit dye release.

When using Amla, do NOT use tea, lemon juice, or apple cider vinegar.

Mix with warm water ONLY.

Amla Powder can also be added onto hair as a conditioner to add body after henna treatment.

Please make sure to wait 72 hours, or 3 days, for the colour to set in your hair before applying.

Use as a Conditioning Treatment & Curl Restorer:

• Mix amla with warm water until it has a yogurt-like consistency
• Let sit for 15-30 minutes, then put on hair as you would a henna treatment
• Leave on for 30 minutes then rinse.

Use as a Facial Treatment

Amla is high in antioxidants, vitamins A and C, and has antibacterial and exfoliating properties.

• Mix amla with warm water until the paste has a yogurt-like consistency
• Let it sit for 15-30 minutes, then use as a facial scrub
• Rinse paste off with cool water
