Power Super Foods Organic Yacon Syrup is a rich caramel like liquid extracted from the roots of the Peruvian yacon tuber vegetable and is a natural sweetener with 27% less calories than sugar and a low GI (glycaemic index).
Yacon Syrup contains antioxidants, amino acids (including tryptophan), phosphorus, calcium, iron, potassium, vitamins B and C in addition to soluble and insoluble fibre.
It also contains FOS (fructooligosaccharides) and inulin which act as prebiotics to support healthier digestion and better gut health.
