Directions for Use

1. Place ½ teaspoon of castor oil or 1 teaspoon of clay mix onto the centre of the bamboo cloth inner lining.
2. Adjust Velcro straps to fit snug on foot.
3. Once applied elevate your feet and relax for 30 minutes.
4. Please Note: Do not walk around with booties on.
5. Have an old towel ready for when you remove the detox booties to wipe and remove excess oil or clay before showering to avoid slipping over after use.
6. Gently hand wash or machine wash separately after use.
