Waah Organic Goan Curry is a zesty coconut based medium curry sauce made with assorted spices whose recipe hails from the Indian coastal state of Goa.

Directions for Use

• Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in saucepan and add pack contents.
• Add 50ml of water and stir well.
• Bring to Boil and add 200-300g of prawns or other protein and vegetables.
• Cook for 3-5 minutes on medium.
• Let stand with lid on for 6-8 minutes.
• Serve with Indian bread or rice.
• Serves 2.
